The number of incoming students to the DIA graduate program is growing. Along with the growth comes an array of difficulties and opportunities. The students are taken as the client addressing the current situation. This thesis will analyze the 'problems' of growth, by focusing on the merging phenomenon of hybrid working-living practices of the students. The aim of the thesis will be to develop a vision for the future of the DIA program.

the 15 ways to improve dia (proposals) were taken from analysis of the previous and current situation through 4 categories: spatial, social, economical and ecological. Now the proposals are divided in 3 categories or SCALES: object, social and space. (each then again will adress the original 4 categories)

Students form nearly 40 differnet nationalities have studied in Dia.
Around 25 different nationalities studying in the same Lecture room or Studio.
This statistic table shows the nationalities, the number and the increasing or
decreasing number or students comming from each country; as well as
where have they lived and if they have moved during the 2 year program.
